Noble Phantasm: --Name: Overload (80) Rank: A Type: Reality Marble Maximum Target: 30 Description: Creates a bounded field that entraps the area, and nobody can enter or leave while it's up. While inside the Marble, SHIKI's MAG becomes A+ rank, and his Mystic Eyes apply to MAG attacks with the same probability. If a servant's master is outside the marble, the servant can still leave via Command Spell. While this skill is active, the only stat boost that applies to SHIKI is the MAG -> A+ that this skill gives. Even Command Spell boosts are negated.

Akio Akahoshi is a genuinely good person, kind and friendly to those he meets. Born in Fukuoka, Japan to a loving family, he learned he had a great deal of magical power early on. Somehow, he had inherited a rare style of Magecraft. His skills developed as he continued his life, and as he went through life, he learned of the horrors encouraged by the Holy Grail War. He entered this one with one goal: to end the Holy Grail Wars for good. His dark-brown hair and cheerful appearance mark this idealistic young magus.
Chance Hurston, a blond-haired young British man, was the heir to his family's fortune. His father had earned most of his money through a skill at gambling; this was due to a magical craft that had been passed down through their family. However, his father was murdered over a bad game, and Chance's fortunes have been bleak since, not having fully learned the extent of his father's magic. He has summoned a Servant and entered the Holy Grail War to uncover the magic to manipulate probabilities that was lost with his father.
Anselm Hermaine is a brown-haired older German man, a strict and stern person who does not abide by any fooling around. His magic perfectly suits that aspect of his personality. His motivations for joining the War appear to be rather strange; he holds himself, as a skilled magus, as having a duty to summon up a Servant and fight in the War. What does he want if he wins? It's hard to tell whether he has any interest in that.
Acona is a young American girl, hair dyed white, who has somehow gained impressive magical powers despite her young age. She has a belief in ritual magic and superstitions, and fits the stereotype of what people might call a 'goth'. Her goal in entering the War is undecided, but it may be as little as personal amusement.
Janine Williams is a beautiful black-haired American woman who used to be a well-known model, who abandoned her fame and left the spotlight in order to focus on her sudden learning of her potent capabilities as a magus. She holds hidden depths behind her appealing innocent demeanor. Her motivation in joining the Holy Grail War is to advance her reputation among the magical crowd.
A strange red-haired older man of unknown European ancestry, Vayn Taline is wanted as a murderer in some countries in Europe, though not under that name. His form of magic is terrifying and dangerous, perfectly fitting his dangerous personality. He does not have any companions to whom he would reveal his goals in summoning a Servant and taking on other magi in the Holy Grail War, but they are no doubt as sinister as the rest of him.
Of the Masters participating in the Holy Grail War, Pierre-Louis Lefèvre is definitely the oldest, a balding middle-aged French gentleman. Despite his age, he is kind to others and has donated a significant amount of his inherited fortune to charitable organizations. He believes he can aid his philanthropic efforts with the benefits from succeeding in this Holy Grail War, as well as developing his magical capabilities.

Disruption Shock (40): A - Target a location from afar and release a burst of disrupting energy in that direction, dealing damage to everybody in the area. Regeneration in that area is prevented for 3 turns.
Alert Media (30): B - Target one character in the same area. That character receives the attention of the media, becoming the subject of the next update unless a battle or civilian killing supersedes that.

Energy Conversion Blast (40): C - Deals damage as though the Servant's 5 main (Base) parameters were all offensive stats averaged together. Cannot be used if Akio does not possess a Servant. Ignores reduction.

Chance Weakening (30): D - Decrease a random parameter of the target by 1 '+', or down a rank if none exist.
Incite Chaos (50): A - Target suffers various random effects until you or he leaves the area, each lasting for only one turn. 25%: Increase a random stat by 1 rank. 25%: Decrease a random stat by 1 rank. 10%: Paralyzed; lose one attack if Agility has '+'s, or skip your turn otherwise. 10%: Agility gets 1 '+'. 10%: Restore 20 HP and mana. 10%: Lose 20 HP and mana. 10%: Switch the target to another random character in the same location.
